I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings about it. The rooms were a bit on the small side, especially the initial one I was given, which was really noisy due to the busy road outside. I had to pay for an upgrade just to have a normal-sized room, which wasn’t too special either. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location in San Telmo is pretty convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The initial room I received was extremely small and noisy from the main road. After paying an additional $50 for an upgrade, I got a more comfortable room, but it still wasn't what I expected for the price.

The hotel is in a great location in the San Telmo neighborhood, close to Puerto Madeiro and many nice restaurants. It's easy to walk to the city center and explore local attractions.

The dining options were decent, but nothing particularly special stood out during my meals.

The hotel had various amenities, but I didn’t find anything exceptional that would set it apart.

6.8/10

I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, but a bit small for the size of the bed, and the noise from the busy road outside was a bit bothersome. The staff were super helpful, especially when they graciously held my bags for me. The dining was satisfactory but lacked variety. The location was a bit away from the city center, but it was close to some great museums and the ferry terminal, which was convenient.

The rooms were very clean, but they felt too small for the bed. I also faced a noisy road, which made it less comfortable.

While the hotel is a little far from the city center, it’s conveniently located near multiple museums and the San Telmo area, which I enjoyed exploring.

The breakfast was mostly a cold buffet and could have been more interesting, but there were nice flaky croissants.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the service was genuinely great, with attentive staff who went above and beyond. On the other, the room was uncomfortably small, and I had to upgrade to get a more decent space, which felt a bit unfair. The location was okay, but I did have some concerns about safety in the area. Overall, the experience was a blend of good service and disappointing room conditions.

Rooms

The room was extremely small, to the point that we struggled with our suitcases. After paying an extra $50 a night for an upgrade, the new room wasn't anything special, just what I would have expected to be a basic size.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us, especially Barbara at the front desk who was lovely.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient but felt a bit sketchy at times, particularly with the proximity to the busy main road and previous incidents I heard about in the area.
Dining

The breakfast was pretty standard for what you'd expect, nothing out of the ordinary but had some decent options like pastries and coffee.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were alright, but nothing stood out as exceptional or impressive during my stay.

6.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and comfortable enough, the extra charge for the larger room felt unnecessary. The service from the staff was genuinely helpful and welcoming, which made a big difference in my experience. However, the location was quite noisy, being on a busy road, and the dining options were pretty basic. Overall, it’s a decent place if you don’t mind the surrounding chaos.

Rooms

The room was small but clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool area. Unfortunately, it was noisy due to its location on a busy road, and I had to upgrade to a larger room, which didn't feel as special as I hoped.
Service

The service was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. They really made me feel welcome.
Location

The hotel is situated on a major commercial thoroughfare, which made it quite noisy. However, it was just two blocks from the vibrant San Telmo neighborhood, making it convenient to access restaurants and markets.
Dining

The dining options were mostly pre-packaged foods, which was a bit underwhelming. The breakfast was nothing special, with a cold buffet and some decent pastries.
Facilities

The hotel had a small pool and sun decks, which were well-kept and provided a nice place to relax. However, the overall facilities felt a bit basic.

The hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. While it has a solid location in San Telmo, close to museums and the ferry terminal, the rooms were quite small and noisy, especially if you're on the main road. The service was helpful and friendly, which added a nice touch to my stay. However, the dining options were just average and could definitely be improved for a better experience.

Rooms
5.0
I found the rooms to be extremely small, and the noise from the main road was disruptive. I had to pay an extra $50 a night for a room upgrade, which was only slightly better than the original room.
Service
8.0
I had a great experience with the staff; they were very helpful and friendly in various situations, which made my stay more enjoyable.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a convenient spot in San Telmo, close to several museums and the ferry terminal, though it's on a noisy commercial thoroughfare that might not be ideal for everyone.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was decent but nothing to rave about. It included basic items like eggs, cereal, and croissants, but could use a bit more variety.
Facilities
5.0
There wasn't a lot to boast about when it came to facilities, and I wouldn't say they added significant value to my stay.
